Our client wished to understand how comparable organisations were addressing the challenges of servicing clients: mid-market clients which might typically fall into the FTSE 250 or FTSE 350 and which may be headquartered, and largely run, in regional parts of the country.
Our purpose was to provide insight into the activities of a range of UK- based competitors across the disciplines of customer, data and technology consulting.

The client was most keen to investigate a particular type of organisational model and it was further agreed that we would present intelligence on several start up organisations or so called “ones to watch”. These organisations were to be selected based on recurring opinion among the sources spoken to throughout the ongoing research process.
